Participants can request private, individual breast examinations tailored to address personal concerns, ensuring privacy and professional support.

The clinic is not designed to see clients who have symptoms. If you have any of the following please seek advice from you Gp:

Meet Laura

Senior Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist

With over 20 years of nursing experience, including 15 years specialising in breast oncology, Laura brings a wealth of expertise to The Breast Awareness Clinic. Currently serving as a Senior Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist within the NHS, she is well-versed in breast cancer treatments, patient care, and holistic support.

Laura’s role involves delivering sensitive diagnoses, tailoring follow-up care plans, managing endocrine treatments, and addressing menopausal symptoms. She is deeply committed to supporting patients through the emotional and physical challenges of treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy.

In addition to her clinical work, Laura is a passionate educator, teaching pathology and decision-making at the University of Manchester. Her dedication to education and patient-centred care ensures clients at The Breast Awareness Clinic receive expert advice and the tools needed to confidently manage their breast health.
